This is basically an online summary resume that lets the Fibler community know what you have to offer. Information to share include languages spoken, background and experience, credentials, degrees, tutoring or teaching experiences, subject matter expertise, and more. The more you put, the easier it will be for users to find you.
As you start to get requests for advice, users can provide a rating of 1 to 5 stars. This also helps in getting even more work, because many users may use high ratings as a way to search for potential experts.
Fibler lets you set your rates, too. There are three ways to communicate with clients and provide answers/advice. You can talk over the phone. You can use a chat session. You can video conference and make it more personal. For each of these communication modes, you can set a rate that you charge. The rates are by minute, because these sessions are really meant to be quick advice and question answering, not full tutoring sessions, but they could extend to 30 minutes if needed. There are no time limits, but it’s easiest to charge by the minute to allow for scalability of services.
The app then provides a very detailed screen showing how much you’ve earned over the past month, today, total earnings, bonuses, and how much you’ve withdrawn. You can export this information if you need to save reports and you can cash out from here, too.
