If you’re a person that’s always up for a challenge, then I challenge you to try the Stoned puzzle app today. Now, when you think of a puzzle, you think of the conventional placing all the pieces together to get a picture at the end but I can assure you that this app will puzzle even the sharpest of minds!
It is so quick and easy to get started once the app is installed. The landing page of the app is user friendly and straightforward and has 3 options available. The “Play” option being the first , you are able to get stuck into it straight away. The other options include a help feature, that basically shows you how the game works and how to get started which, to be honest, really comes in handy and lastly, you are able to click on credits which is self explanatory. If you’re an eager beaver like me, you would skip all the delays and get stuck into it at once but I quickly found myself back at the landing page looking for a bit of help on how to go about completing the puzzle. There are two other familiar icons on the landing page namely Facebook and Twitter that will re-direct you to the apps very own profiles in order for you to like or follow which in turn, lets you share all the fun with your friends.
There are five stages to the game namely Coral, Emerald, Topaz, Ruby and Diamond each with 25 individual levels that will ensure that you have fun for days on end. The Coral level, which is where you start is free and you have to put in the brainwork to progress and complete all the levels in order to unlock the next stage. Alternatively, you can buy the next level as the app offers the in-app purchases feature.
The graphics on the app grab your attention and scream adventure, but you don’t realize that you’re in for a stony surprise once you start playing. You’re given a lot of stones that look like the top of a cut precious stone and are two different colors, white and black. Your aim is to get all the stones changed to black in order to win. You do this by dragging over the same color stones to get the adjacent ones to change. The challenge is that you have limited moves to get this done!
Solving each level on the app really had my mind boggled , it was though I had been locked away in a stone tower and the only way out was to push on and get to the next level. It’s not for the faint hearted and one can quickly lose interest if you lack patience to actually get through the puzzle. Being so unique, the one thing that I wish this app had was more help as I found the help option was a bit vague . That being said, there is no doubt that this app will keep you entertained. It is was a well thought out concept that was brought to life for the enjoyment of all who are willing to step up to the challenge of becoming a true stoner. Stoned is an awesome way to keep your mind in good shape as you will leave no stone unturned.
